A novel metal-organic complex [La(o-NCP)3]n(o-HNCP = 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)imidazo(4,5- f)(1,10)-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.898(2), b = 16.193(3), c = 16.909(3) , α = 67.68(3), β = 80.85(3), γ = 78.78(3)o, V = 2448.2(8) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 1156.9, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 1164, GOOF = 1.065, the final R = 0.051 and wR = 0.123 for 8539 observed reflections with I 2A(I). The complex exhibits a one-dimensional double chain structure. The adjacent chains are further connected by N–H...N hydrogen bonds which help to form a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture. Furthermore, the complex exhibits excellent thermal stability and luminescent property.  相似文献

Metal halide perovskites have been widely applied in optoelectronic fields, but their poor stability hinders their actual applications. A perovskite–zeolite composite was synthesized via in situ growth in air from aluminophosphate AlPO-5 zeolite crystals and perovskite nanocrystals. The zeolite matrix provides quantum confinement for perovskite nanocrystals, achieving efficient green emission, and it passivates the defects of perovskite by H-bonding interaction, which leads to a longer lifetime compared to bulk perovskite film. Furthermore, the AlPO-5 zeolite also acts as a protection shield and enables ultrahigh stability of perovskite nanocrystals under 150 °C heat stress, under a 15-month long-term ambient exposure, and even in water for more than 2 weeks, respectively. The strategy of in situ passivation and encapsulation for the perovskite@AlPO-5 composite was amenable to a range of perovskites, from MA- to Cs-based perovskites. Benefiting from high stability and photoluminescence performance, the composite exhibits great potential to be virtually applied in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and backlight displays.  相似文献

采用流变学方法研究了双组分加成型硅橡胶在不同聚氯乙烯(PVC)表皮上的固化动力学,并利用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪等手段分析了PVC表皮成分,以确定导致双组分加成型硅橡胶不固化的具体原因。 结果表明,PVC表皮中导致硅橡胶不固化的主要元素为P元素。 在固定硅橡胶厚度为1 mm的情况下,当PVC表皮中的P元素质量分数低于3×10-3%时,浇注在其上的双组分加成型硅橡胶依然能固化;而当PVC表皮中的P元素质量分数超过约2.4×10-2%时,虽然浇注在其上的双组分加成型硅橡胶的中间层依然能固化,但与PVC表皮接触部分的硅橡胶不固化,且不固化层厚度随P元素质量分数增加而增加。 本文还研究了在P元素质量分数低于3×10-3%的PVC表皮上,降低硅橡胶厚度至微米级时的固化行为,在P元素质量分数低于3×10-3%的PVC表皮上,当硅橡胶厚度低于2 μm时,硅橡胶出现不完全固化现象。 双组分加成型硅橡胶在含有P元素的PVC表皮表面的固化行为主要是由硅橡胶样品中铂催化剂总含量及PVC表皮中的P元素含量确定的,同时也会受到双组分加成型硅橡胶反应速率以及铂催化剂、P元素在硅橡胶中的扩散速率的影响。  相似文献

The morphological and structural design provides an efficient protocol to optimize the performance of gas sensing materials. In this work, a gas sensor with high sensitivity for triethylamine (TEA) detection is developed based on p-type NiCo2O4 hierarchical microspheres. The NiCo2O4 microspheres, synthesized by a hydrothermal route, have a three-dimensional (3D) urchin-like structure assembled by nanorod building blocks. The structure-property correlation has been investigated by powder X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, N2 adsorption-desorption tests and comprehensive gas sensing experiments. The influence of calcination temperature on the morphological structure and sensing performances has been investigated. Results reveal that the material annealed at 300 °C has a very large specific surface area of 125.27 m2/g, thereby demonstrating the best TEA sensing properties including high response and low limit of detection (145 ppb), good selectivity and stability. The further increase of the calcination temperature leads to the collapse of the 3D hierarchical structure with significantly decreased surface area, which is found to decline the sensing performances. This work indicates the promise of ternary p-type metal oxide nanostructures for application in highly sensitive gas sensors.  相似文献

MXene materials have recently attracted considerable attention in energy storage application owing to their metallic conductivity, 2D structure and tunable surface terminations. However, the restacking of 2D MXene nanosheets hinders the ion transport and accessibility to the surface, resulting in adverse effect on their electrochemical performances. Here, with the assistance of hexamethylenetetramine (C6H12N4), 2D Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets were fabricated into a 3D architecture with crumbled and porous structure through an electrostatic self-assembly followed by annealing. The resultant 3D structure can expose massive active sites and facilitates the ion transport, which is beneficial for sufficient utilization of the outstanding superiorities of the MXene. Therefore, as a pseudocapacitive material, the 3D crumpled and porous Ti3C2Tx MXene shows a gravimetric capacitance of 333 F/g at 1 A/g, and maintains 261 F/g and 132 F/g at ultrahigh current densities of 100 A/g and 1000 A/g, respectively, revealing promising potential for application in supercapacitors.  相似文献

Multifunctional bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) nanomaterials exhibit significant potential as nanomedicines for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. These nanomaterials act as excellent photothermal agents and radiation sensitizers for the treatment of tumors, and they can also act as contrast agents for computed tomography (CT) imaging, photoacoustic imaging (PA), and other forms of imaging to provide real-time tumor monitoring and testing guidance. Compared with other nanomaterials, Bi2S3 nanomaterials can readily adapt to different applications by virtue of the fact that they can be easily functionalized. However, these nanomaterials have some limitations that cannot be ignored and need to be addressed, such as poor biocompatibility, toxicity, and low chemical stability. It is widely believed that appropriate functionalization of Bi2S3 nanomaterials could remedy such defects and significantly improve performance. This review summarizes the ways in which Bi2S3 nanomaterials can be functionalized and discusses their applications in cancer theranostics over the last few years, focusing particularly on imaging and therapy. We also discuss issues relating to how Bi2S3 nanomaterials can be analyzed, including how we might be able to use these systems to inhibit and treat tumors and how current limitations might be overcome to improve treatment efficacy. Finally, we hope to provide inspiration and guidance as to how we might create a more optimized multifunctional nano-system for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.  相似文献

In this study, pine leaves powder (PiP) and dandelion flower powder (DFP) were repurposed to synthesize layered double hydroxides (LDHs) to form a base for sorbents used in perchlorate remediation from wastewater. The effects of the adsorbent dose, pH, thermodynamics, and coexisting ions were evaluated in batch experiments. The results revealed that 0.1 g adsorbent (PiP-LDH and DFP-LDH) removed 97% and 93% of perchlorate contaminants, respectively. In this study, the correlation coefficient of pseudo-second-order was higher than pseudo-first-order for all the LDHs. The kinetic and isotherm studies showed the best uptake of perchlorate in the short time was by PiP-LDH, followed by DFP-LDH (20 min and 40 min, respectively). The calculated and experimental values of adsorption at the equilibrium state also concurred with the pseudo-second-order model. The prepared LDHs were mesoporous. The surface area of PiP-LDH provided more adsorption sites, rendering it more suitable for perchlorate adsorption compared with the other two LDHs. The model suggests Physico-chemical interactions behind the sorption of perchlorate by LDHs. The adsorption was more influenced by anions i.e, PO43− > SO42− > NO3 than monovalent anions due to the increase in the charge radius values. The prepared LDHs could be of great benefit to the environmental remediation of wastewater bodies.  相似文献

A new on-off fluorescent probe 1 for Cu2+ based on Schiff base compound was designed and synthesized by one-step reaction. The single probe 1 exhibited strong green fluorescence emission. A fluorescence quenching effect and faint color change were observed as soon as the Cu2+ was added to the probe system in H2O/EtOH (v/v = 8:2, HEPES buffer, 0.05 M, pH = 7.4) solution. Other common metal cations did not cause the changes in the fluorescence and color of the probe 1. The optical properties were studied by the fluorescence emission and UV–Vis spectra. Meanwhile, the geometry optimizations of probe 1 and the [1-Cu2+] coordination complexes were also carried out by DFT using the Gaussian 09 program, in which the B3LYP function was used. Based on experimental measurement and theoretical analysis, we can know that the combination ratio of the probe and Cu2+ is 2:1 and the limit of detection (LOD) is as low as 5.3 × 10?9 M Besides, the probe 1 was also used to analyze the Cu2+ in living cells.  相似文献

Fats are widely present in a large variety of food and represent the main source of energy for the body. In the current study we investigate the behaviour of fatty acids at liquid–liquid interfaces, mimicking some steps of the very complex digestion process. Octanoic acid is used as an example of middle chain fatty acids. For the oil phase we choose sunflower oil as an industrial product and hexane as pure oil.The influence of the fatty acid concentration and the pH of the aqueous phase on the interfacial tension is determined by profile analyse tensiometry (PAT), which allows to examine the way of adsorption and transition of the fatty acids from one phase to the other. Predominantly, the pH affects the dissociation and thereby the strength of the hydrophilic character of the fatty acid. The adsorption behaviour indicates the different interfacial activity of the studied octanoic acid.  相似文献

<正>PTPMEG1 is an intracellular protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP),which contains FERM and PDZ domains. This study focuses our attention on the expression,purification and characterization of catalytic domain of PTPMEG1(△MEG1) and preparation of its polyclonal antibody.A cDNA fragment encoding△MEG1 protein(amino acid residues 643—926) was amplified by PCR and then cloned into the pT7-7 vector.Both soluble and insoluble recombinant△MEG1 proteins were observed after induction by IPTG.Soluble△MEG1 was purified via two chromatographic steps,and the purified enzyme was characterized.With para-nitrophenylphosphate(pNPP) as a substrate,△MEG1 exhibited typical enzymatic characteristics of classic PTPs and classical Michaelis-Menten kinetics.Insoluble△MEG1,which was mainly distributed in the inclusion body of E.coli cells extracts,was purified by preparative electrophoresis gel for the preparation of the polyclonal antibody.A rabbit was immunized with△MEG1 purified by preparative electrophoresis to generate anti-△MEG1 antibody.Anti-serum was collected on 28th day after initial injection and purified via affinity chromatography.The purified polyconal antibody displayed a satisfactory titer and sensitivity.  相似文献
